- All loose diamonds are accompanied by a diamond certificate issued by a reputable independent grading service such as GIA, IGI, AGS or HRD.
- Certified gemologists carefully examine the diamonds under a microscope to analyze size, clarity, cut, color, finish, symmetry and other important characteristics unique to diamonds.
- Every piece of diamond and jewelry from Rosemajester must meet our rigorous standards for quality, to ensure that the item is in perfect condition.
Guarantee for Diamond Replacement
- Rosemajester offers a one-time lifetime guarantee: We will replace any diamond up to 0.10 carats free of charge on first loss.
- Please note that this is a ONE-TIME guarantee.
Guarantee for Diamond Downgrading
- We have extensive, long-term and stable relationships with jewelry grading agencies such as IGI and GIA, and have complete confidence in their expertise and grading reports.
- Once you have received the diamond, you can contact the local grader to re-grade it. Rosemajester promise that if the new grading is lower, we will replace it for free.
- It is important to emphasize that this only applies to results issued by the same grading agency, as the criteria of different grading agencies may differ in terms of indicators or names. This means that when you buy an IGI-certified diamond, you can only compare the grading results from your local IGI office with our certificate.
- Frankly, this promise only makes sense in theory, as there has been no feedback from customers that their diamonds have been downgraded.
