- The actual delivery timeframe is contingent upon customs clearance efficiency in the destination country. So it is advised to incorporate a buffer period into your schedule to account for potential delays.
- For privacy, packages are discreetly labeled with no product details. All jewelry is securely packaged in luxury gift boxes, while loose diamonds are encased in certified diamond presentation boxes.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Monitor your shipment’s status on our website’s “Track Order” page.
Expedited Production Service
- Made-to-order jewelry requires 10 or more business days for crafting.
- For urgent requests (available on select designs):
- Classic solitaire designs: $100 expedited fee.
- Intricate designs (halos, vintage, trilogy): $180 or more expedited fee.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses
- PayPal orders must be shipped to the billing address for security.
- To ship to a different address:
- Notify your bank/card issuer to add the alternate address to your file.
- We will verify the address with your bank.
- Orders ship once verification is complete.
In-Store Pickup
- Currently available only at our Macau showroom (by appointment).
- The original purchaser must present valid ID for collection.
