This was no small purchase, so I spent two weeks comparing different websites before finally choosing yours. You guys put in a lot of effort like proactively updating me on the progress, but the smartest move was letting customer enter the certificate number themself on IGI official site before shipping. If you hadn't done that, it would've been really hard for me to believe that $1800 could get me a 14K solid gold ring with a 4 carat lab diamond. Thanks again!
