2. Why is this better for me?

2.1 You are buying a complete piece of jewelry, not just a stone. This report verifies the entire item.

2.2 It's much faster – the Jewelry Report takes 5 business days, while a loose diamond report can take 2 weeks or more due to long queues.

3. Is the diamond grade still accurate?

3.1 Yes. IGI professionally assesses the main diamond. While grading is slightly more conservative for set stones, the reported grade fully represents the diamond's excellent quality in your jewelry.

3.2 Our Jewelry Reports come from IGI Shanghai — not IGI Mumbai or IGI Surat. We are unable to comment on the differences.

4. Portability & Presentation

4.1 The Diamond Report is a large, folded paper certificate.

4.2 The Jewelry Report is a laminated card that fits in your wallet.

5. Can I choose a diamond with a Diamond Report?

Yes. You can select a finished diamond with an IGI Diamond Report and have it set into a ring.

6. What if a specific diamond is out of stock?

We offer custom-grown diamonds.

6.1 For your absolute peace of mind and to eliminate any potential for misunderstanding, every custom-cut diamond must undergo IGI certification with a full Diamond Report.

6.2 This essential quality step means the total production time will be over a month, potentially exceeding 6 weeks.

3.2.1 If we have the diamond in stock, we will send you the price, 4C details, IGI certificate number, and a purchase link.

A Custom Order is a true collaboration from the ground up. We create a completely new, one-of-a-kind piece based on your vision, sketches, or inspiration photos.
